Take the pad out of the pack, unfold it, tear the perforated paper connecting the sides and straighten the pad.
Before attaching the pad to the underwear, peel off all paper elements that protect the adhesive strips on the outer layer of the pad - one strip alongside and two on the sides at the top.
Stick the pad to the underwear in the crotch part slightly in front with all the adhesive strips, wider side up.
Once the pad is in place, put on your underwear as usual.
Make sure that the pad is in the right place, fits well and is not bent. Correct if necessary.

NOTE: the pads are meant to be used with tight-fitting underwear; do not use them with boxer shorts.

Dispose of the used product by throwing it to the bin.
